Are you a recent MBA grad that has a strong understanding of property or portfolio management? Do you have experience working with property taxes?

We are seeking a Property Tax Associate for one of our clients that is looking to update their property tax management systems and processes. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in financial operations, have a strong understanding of property tax management and processes, and already completed an MBA program.

Property Tax Associate Responsibilities:

• Review current processes and functions of management systems
• Work to improve functionalities for efficiency
• Assist with all aspects of tax management
• Communicate directly with clients
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Work to mitigate risk by analyzing future impacts
• Work to file necessary tax documents and review items with legal departments

Property Tax Associate Requirements:

• 2-4 years work experience in the Finance Industry
• Bachelors degree and MBA
• Strong understanding of Property Tax processes, laws, and client management
• Experience in property management, portfolio management or finance operations
• Experience using a tax management software system
• Excellent communication and skill with MS Office application
• Quick thinker with ability to hit the ground running

This Property Tax Associate role is a consulting project that is expected to last at least 5 months with potential for direct hire and pays an annualized salary of $49,920 ($24 per hour).
