BOSTON – The duck boats of Beantown were a little golder during Saturday's World Series parade celebration. David Ortiz, the Boston Red Sox veteran designated hitter, was seen sporting a replica version of the WWE Championship, given to him by John Cena.

Three-time World Series Champion Ortiz wore the title as the parade sailed from legendary Fenway Park in Kenmore Square, down Boylston Street and snaking through the historic streets of the colonial era toward the Charles River. The celebration took Boston by storm, weeks before the WWE Universe descends upon the city for Survivor Series.
The Sox defeated the St. Louis Cardinals four games to two in a rare matchup between the pair of teams with the best records in the Major Leagues. "Big Papi" was named the Series' Most Valuable Player, knocking home runs out of the park in Games 1 and 2, notching six RBIs and batting .688.
Chicks may dig the long ball, but on Saturday in Boston, the champs were here.
